HTC Desire 20 Pro Specification Overview
The HTC desire 20 Pro comes equipped with a 6.5-inch LCD display with FHD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) screen resolution. Powering the device is the Snapdragon 665 coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage which can be further expanded via microSD card. There is a quad-camera setup on the rear site consisting of a 48MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide unit, 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is a 25MP selfie camera which resides in the punch hole cut out. The device is driven by a 5,000 mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0 fast-charging via USB Type-C. The device still has the 3.5mm headphone jack. It runs Android 10 straight out of the box and has support for NFC, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-frequency GPS.
HTC U20 5G Specification Overview
This is the most hyped HTC phone in recent time as it is the first HTC smartphone to come with 5G. This has some newer internals compared to the HTC desire 20. The HTC desire 20 Pro features with a 6.8-inch LCD display with FHD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) screen resolution. The device is powered by the newer Snapdragon 765G coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage and has support for MicroSD for further memory expansion. The HTC U20 5G shares the exact same camera module as its little brother, HTC Desire 20 Pro. However, on the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera unlike the 25MP on HTC Desire 20 Pro. The front camera resides in the punch hole cut out. The device is driven by a 5,000 mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 4.0 fast-charging via USB Type-C. The device still has the 3.5mm headphone jack. It runs Android 10 straight out of the box and has all the connectivity options.
Pricing and Availability
Currently, the device are up for sale in Taiwan only. HTC hasn’t revealed the price of the devices. Both the devices have been listed on the official HTC website and the official twitter handle of HTC has hinted that the device might come to other markets as well.
