Although not a lot of official information is available as of now, Xiaomi has been rolling out the September 2022 Security Update for Poco C3 users in India and Redmi 10A in China. The update comes with the firmware version V12.0.19.0.QCRINXM | 10.0 and V12.5.11.0.RCZCNXM | 11.0 for Poco C3 and Redmi 10A respectively.

The Poco C3 users in India and Redmi 10A users in China have started receiving the latest September 2022 Security Update. This update is being rolled out in a phased manner and will be available to a limited number of users initially before it gradually gets rolled out to all users.
